Timothy
P. Dever- President and CEO
Timothy P. Dever is an accomplished, Senior Executive and
Restaurateur with a proven record in Operations, and Restaurant
Development. He has opened from the ground-up, five (5)
full-service restaurants and bars with seating capacity
of over 200 people.
In
2004, Mr. Dever decided to pursue a long held dream of developing
a retail bakery of Philly-style Soft Pretzels and related
snack foods. He and his partners developed
a business model that produces hand-twisted, freshly baked,
Philly-style Soft Pretzels, at an affordable price. The
Pretzel Boy’s team spent over a year and a half creating
their Pretzel Boy’s business module, and now plans
to expand this great bakery concept across the country through
Franchise Development.
Mark
W. Gosik- Vice President and CFO
Mark W. Gosik is an accomplished, Senior Executive and Restaurateur
with a strong record in Operations, Finance, and Site Development.
He has been the Project Manager and Construction Supervisor
of our Restaurant Development Team, and Manages the Construction
and Development of The Pretzel Boy’s retail Sites.
Mr.Gosik
has Co-developed the Pretzel Boy’s business module
and manages the daily Finance of the company.
John
Howe- Master Baker- Trainer
John Howe is a trained Chef and has 15 years experience
in Restaurant management. He has taken on the responsibility
of Product development, Recipe development, and Bakery training. |
